Users are responsible for verifying bet details before confirmation. In cases of obvious errors (such as incorrect odds resulting from technical malfunction), caca28 reserves the right to void affected bets.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, caca28 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or opportunity, arising from your use of Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited into your Account during the three months preceding the claim.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance from your Account. Accounts with zero balance will be closed immediately; accounts with remaining funds will be closed after withdrawal is processed. Closure does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

Upon termination for cause, caca28 may confiscate deposits, bonuses, and winnings. Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. caca28 may charge a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 50,000 or 10% of remaining balance (whichever is lower) on inactive Accounts. You will be notified via email before any inactivity fees are applied. To avoid inactivity fees, simply log in to your Account at least once every 12 months.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming industry standards and best practices. Where applicable, Indonesian consumer protection laws shall apply to protect users' fundamental rights.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of caca28 Services, you agree to first contact our customer support team via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email to seek informal resolution.
